The zoning for the 500m2 lot permits a footprint of 267m2 (2,870 SF) plus a second level of 133m2 (1,435 SF) for a total enclosed space of 400m2 (4,305 SF).

On top of the second levels, an open Solarium can be built to contain a hot-tub or jacuzzi. There will be Caribbean views from the second floors and Solarium.
